About me
With over 20 years of experience leading high-performing teams, my management style is rooted in honesty and a lighthearted mature office culture-where mental health is as important as high-quality work product.
How I work
I do my best work in environments where humor and mental health coexist, and are valued. Where we take our work seriously, but not ourselves.
In my humble experience, I’ve found that when mental health isn't valued, burnout becomes a silent business killer. Burnout doesn't just erode productivity, but it drives the top performers to leave for healthier cultures that value their mental well-being.
Therefore, to perspective employers, I’ve seen that the best work comes from teams that take the mission seriously, but not themselves. I’m not looking for forced happy hours, but rather a culture where people are genuine and who support eachother for success.
Outside of work
Just a few personal interests to show that I am a human with a memorable bio.
- Beach — I love the beach. It’s where I go to relax, eat, recharge, and sleep.
- Running — I run for fun, which is something I never thought I’d say when I was a kid.
- Fishing — I fish for sport, being outdoors in beautiful Florida, and the opportunity to tell my family wildly exaggerated stories no one can fact‑check.
